Traveling from the U.S. to Italy:

1. At U.S. airport check-in: present your U.S. passport.

2. At security screening: present your U.S. passport.

3. At boarding (flight to Italy/EU): present your U.S. passport.

4. Upon arrival in Italy (EU immigration): present your Italian passport.

Traveling from Italy to U.S.:

1. At Italian airport check-in: present your U.S. passport.

2. At Italian exit immigration: present your Italian passport.

3. At boarding (flight to U.S.): present your U.S. passport.
